How to Use Beat Making Programs To Make Your Own Awesome Rap Beats that Rival Jay-Z
If you are like me, you are a wanna-be musician, music producer, or DJ. Whether producing your own rap beats would be for fun or to make some extra cash, first you’re gonna need to have some Beat Making Programs or equipment. Making my own beats is probably the most fun that I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been able to turn my home pc, literally, into a music producing machine.
When I started making my own beats, I thought that I was gonna to have to spend a fortune buying expensive equipment. I knew that I didn’t wanna make Rap Beats that sounded like crappy ring tones that you’ll hear preloaded on a cell phone. You know what I’m sayin? I thought I was gonna need to get a recording studio and sequencer to name a few. I’m poor though, I can’t afford that stuff.
I knew that if I wanted to make my own Hip Hop Beats beats or any other type of beats I was gonna have to find something that worked with my budget. Heck as an amateur producer that’s just starting out, why in the world would I want to spend more on a production studio than I did on my car? I might have actually been awful at it.
Now don’t get me wrong, if you have the money for a super production setup then nothing will compare to that. You better have months of time to devote to learning it all though, because that equipment is very complex. If you’re like me though, you want quality, ease of use, and something that’s not gonna break the bank. I went on a mission to find an easy, inexpensive, but ultra high quality beat making program. I found the perfect solution for noobs and quasi professionals alike. It’s a beat making program for you’re computer that’s basically the equivalent of a digital audio WorkStation or DAW on your computer. It has everything you could ever ask for to start producing your own rap beats, hip hop beats, R&B, dance, trance, techno, or whatever your heart desires.
It comes with thousands of drum kits and sounds, a fully functional keyboard, step by step tutorial videos, a sequencer, a drum editor, and tons of free software. Probably the thing that makes so great is the price and more importantly, the fact that it’s made for a complete beginner like I was. It can also be used professionally if that’s what you’d like. The sickest thing is that you can pick from thousands of different samples and put them together, or you can add your own beats and maybe add some special effects. My personal favorite artist is Jay-Z so I love remixing his beats and coming up with something of my own. Your imagination is all you need to create some of the funkiest beats.
The software package is updated monthly so your creations will never sound stale! Burn it on to a CD and take it with you to show your friends or maybe just listen to in your car. You know everyone loves watching people car dance, so why not do it to your own music?
Who knows, maybe you’ll become the next super producer. If that happens though, I want royalties for turning you on to the program… Just kidding.
