What You Need to Know to Start with Email Marketing

Small wonder that psychologists say that if you put gentle pressure on your customers you’ll eventually make a sale, and if you deliver what you promise you’ll get even more. You need also to keep in mind that one of the best strategies that you can employ to launch yourself in internet marketing is to build an email list of people interested in what you have to offer. Email lists are underestimated by many people, but in reality, according to my own experience, the money is in the list. by the way, it is a potent low-cost technique to gain customers and have them recommend you to others, keeping your internet marketing revenues up and generating more and more business as it grows in numbers. With mailing lists, as a matter of fact, you will have a list of interested readers who are potential customers that you’ll be able to send special offers and promotions to about your products and your affiliate products. But you should remember, these special offers include things like huge discounts, buy-one-get-one-free’s or new upgrades with extra functionality. As long as you can keep their interest up, without saying, you will be able to generate a steady stream of sales.

Don’t forget a very interesting fact that in many instances, particularly if you have an interesting product or service to offer, you’ll be able to get direct conversions or sales. It is important to note that if you also offer programs and resell rights to your subscribers, they can become an extension of your business that will create a whole new line of income for you. Remember: spam is something you must avoid at all costs. As a matter of fact, sending unsolicited emails for marketing purposes is illegal and totally frowned upon. Moreover, spam complaints against you could result in your email server becoming blacklisted. As far as my personal experience may be taken into account, the best and most cost-effective way to build your list is by inserting an opt-in subscription box on your web site.

You should know that giving away a free report or how-to course is a great incentive for people to subscribe to your list. We have every reason to believe that once they submit their e-mail address to you they become an opt-in subscriber. By the way, it is important to not just send emails out to your subscribers just to sell them something. Among the others, you may offer them information, free reports, how-to guides, and factoids of news and advice as you can.

It’s well known that when you do want to forward a product to them they will be more likely to purchase it as something you recommend to them, not just as something you are selling. Although it takes time to build and some effort to maintain and grow, but in the end, a great mailing list can end up being your most powerful tool in your internet marketing arsenal.

Your Online Marketing – Increase Online Sales For Internet Business Should Have To Online Sales Strategic

One Key To Making Online Sales

Strategic Online Sales. There are a number of keys to making sales online.

Obviously, there is the product itself. Is it something that people actually want? Can they afford it? Are they willing to pay for it? Is the market reachable online? These are all questions that have to be asked during your marketing research, before you pick your product.

Then there is the sales copy. The quality and power of the sales copy is another very important key to making sales. It the copy is flat, then even if the product is wanted in a good reachable market, then sales will be low.

Of course the headline is the most important key to the sales copy. If the headline does not get the readers attention and draw them into the rest of the copy, then even the greatest sales letter in the world will not get read. And of course, if the sales copy is not read, there will be no sales.

But if there is no traffic to the website sales letter, then there will be no one reading the headline or the sales copy and likewise no sales.
So, if you want to make sales, you must figure out a way to drive traffic to your website. But not all traffic is created equal.

Random or untargeted traffic is worthless. In fact, it is worse then worthless, it consumes time and resources but returns no sales. It is a drag on your business.

What you really need is targeted traffic. That is, traffic that is actually interested in and looking for what you are selling. If you can match a desirable product in a reachable market, with highly interested visitors, then you will have a winner.

So, how do you drive targeted traffic to your website?

There are a number of ways, some more efficient than others.

Let’s take a look at a few.

1. Press Releases. A good press release with a link back to your website will also generate targeted traffic because only people who read your press release and were interested in the subject matter will bother click the link to your website for more information.

2. Pay Per Click. Pay Per Click traffic is targeted because it is delivered from people who were actively searching for something and were attracted by your ad enough to click on it by their own choice. Check out Google AdWords at: http://www.google.com/ads/

3. Publish an Ezine. If you ezine is good, you will find interested subscribers will also visit your website if you place a link to it in your
signature file.

4. Blogging. Create a blog with occasional links back to your website and blog about topics of interest to your target niche.

5. Give away free reports. Provide good solid useful information in your reports with a link back to your website.

6. Syndicating your blog. Submit your blog to major blog directories such as friendster.com,technorati.com and blogstreet.com.

7. Reciprocal Linking. If you establish reciprocal links from other sites within your industry niche, there will be some level of targeted traffic that will come to you through those links. The key to getting targeted traffic from reciprocal linking, is establishing links with other sites within your target niche.

8. Create a community forum on your site. A good forum based on your targeted niche will draw potential customers who are interested in what you have to sell.

9. Articles. you can get targeted traffic by writing articles such as this article and sending them to ezine publishers that publish ezines in your target niche or to article directories. A link to your website should be placed in your resource box at the bottom of your article. If the article is good and gets published in popular ezines in your niche, you should see some good targeted traffic as a result.

10. Buy your traffic.
a. Purchase advertising on other websites
b. Purchase traffic from a web traffic service..
c. Advertise in ezines.
d. Create an affiliate program and pay your affiliates a share of the profits,
e. Advertise offline with your website URL in the ad.

WARNING about that last tip. You have to be careful when purchasing traffic from a web traffic service. Many such services will send untargeted traffic to your site from expired domains, pop-unders, or other untarget sources. Some will even cheat and send what appear in your logs to be hits, but in reality no real visitor came to your site. If you purchase 10,000 visitors and get no sales, then you either have a terrible conversion problem or you have been taken by the web traffic service sending bogus hits.

The bottom line is, that all other things being equal, the more highly targeted traffic you can drive to your site the greater will be the number of sales you make. Always be on the lookout for good sources Making Online Sales of targeted traffic and forget all the systems that tell you they will send you a large amount of traffic, but their traffic is untargeted.

Avoiding The Paid To Click Scams. Interesting Information to Bear in Mind

Lets face it. There are alot of scams out there. (Especially in the paid to click business.) Thats not to say that all paid to click sites are scams. On the contrary, there are plenty of good paid to click sites out there, and there are ways of telling which is which.

One key thing to remember is this: If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is too good to be true. Be careful of sites that offer huge commissions and make ridiculous claims.

A. Check For Sustainability.

Simply put, this means to make sure that the site in question will actually be able to afford to pay you. Do the math. If they are offering $1.00 per click and selling ads at $3.00 per 1000 hits, then they will never pay you. They are already $997.00 in debt from just one ad. What if they sell 10 of those? Or 100? You’ll see that website disappear quickly.

If any pay to click site is offering you more than $0.01 per click as a basic member, then I would be wary of that site. At $0.01, they have to sell an ad for 1000 hits for at least $10.00 just to break even. That’s even before taking into account the referral earnings. We personally sell 1000 hits for $19.10, paying $0.01 per click to basic member and $0.0125 per click to premium members plus referral earnings.

B. Does The Website Have A Support System In Place?

This is very important. Fact is, scammers don’t want you to know who they are. A simple contact form is not good enough. I’m not saying they have to have a team of support staff. However, they need something better than a contact form.

A forum, a help desk, a phone number, or all three work. Is their address on the website? Can you contact them when you need to? This is important.

Personally, I provide my physical address and phone number on my website, Aztek Marketing. I also provide my email address and a member support forum. I make sure my clients and members can reach me if they need to. Also, if they ever feel the need, they know right where I live. Transparency is important.

I would look for this with any website you plan to do business with. These guidelines are not limited to paid to click sites.

C. Do They Have Testimonials?

Always check for testimonials! Testimonials give you input from existing members and clients and will often help you to determine if the website is worth anymore of your time.

If you run a website, don’t be scared to ask for testimonials from your clients. They can be a huge factor in whether or not you make the sale.

Once again, I would look for this with any website you plan to do business with.

If you want to work with only the best in the Paid To Click business, go to Aztek Marketing. We have over 9 years of marketing experience backing it up. We offer great support, affordable prices, and sustainable rates. You can’t go wrong with Aztek Marketing.

The Tips and Tricks about The Disadvantages of Adsense – You Must Read

As adsense becomes the most popular publisher program for Price per Click advertising, flaws and disadvantages still exist. Since its inception advertisers have chosen to advertise in search because they felt that visitors would be less targeted. This is a genuine concern and one that makes perfect sense. If you are visiting a website, and notice an advert then the chances are you are not particularly concentrating on its content.

Adsense has also become so popular that people can distinguish them from other adverts. Therefore people may choose to ignore them without even paying them a thought. This has been a hot topic discussed by Bloggers and one that could contain a lot of truth. Many have blamed Google for this, and their decision to include text that says “ads by Google” beneath the advert.

Many publishers also fail to ever gain the revenues they anticipated when starting the program. Those only gaining 30 – 40 visitors a day to their website would be unlikely to earn even one dollar a day. Many advertisers talk of rates such as 1.5%- 5% for traffic to click conversion, whilst only gaining around $0.10 per click. The maths doesn’t work out great, but you can hardly blame advertisers or Google if you are not bringing enough traffic. The key is to bring targeted traffic to your website that are likely to click on adverts, however it is said that it may be easier on other programs which allow figures such as 75% share of advertising revenues for publishers.

Another disadvantage in adsense is that it has almost become tacky. Its appearance on websites that generally appear to be designed in a DIY fashion has lead people to associate them inextricably. This can only be tackled through adsense evolving to be more attractive to the bigger brands, whilst those who currently use adsense are restricted.

Google Adsense also has to tackle the issue of click fraud which is anticipated to count for over 15% of click through rate in content. This has meant that advertiser’s who have been particularly affected, have moved away to other programs or have restricted their advertising to search.

This has meant that there is less competition in content and therefore smaller revenues for publishers. Publisher’s who previously had high yielding ads, are now having to alter their content to ensure they get any adverts at all. This has largely been the fault of the publishers themselves however the issue is one that; if not addressed could bring adsense to its knees.

Google Adsense also has the disadvantage of not paying enough for their search program. Other similar programs pay higher rates, and if publishers decide to go elsewhere then problems will occur for advertisers and publishers alike. Although Google fail to pay enough for search another major problem with Adsense is that it does not have a powerful database of graphic adverts. Many advertisers prefer showing graphically drive advertisements, however this has yet to materialise. As several other programs exist for PPC graphic distribution problems could occur.

Whilst this may not be a problem for all publishers, many complain that the adverts within their site do not change, so their repeat visitors fail to see fresh adverts so therefore fail to visit them. This is a problem which could be addressed through making adverts rotate. However if adverts rotate then how will that be linked with advertisers paying a rate per click? These are all problems which Google has to address to ensure that Adsense remains the market leader.

Adwords on the other hand also has major advantages, and remains the best in the market. It’s CPC rates can be chosen by the advertisers so that even when they feel that they are not getting the results they expect they can lower their prices whilst still using the service.

Whilst many issues remain with adsense the program still remains the most popular amongst publishers, whilst Google Adwords remains the most popular amongst advertisers; with a database of over 140,000 Adwords will remain on top for the time to come.
