Address and email address are both requirement if you are planning to build a mailing list. Adding an opt-in feature to your website is the most common way to achieve a large mailing list. If you are lazy then you can purchase or rent a mailing list from a number of different providers. Renting and buying mailing lists can be extremely expensive. Buying or renting a list is a bad idea because you never know the interests of the people contained in the list. While there maybe a number of people interested in your product there no sure way to know. With such a mailing list there is no way to determine their interests.
